Bartlett's
Orchard Pick Your Own
WILL
HAVE A SPECIAL WEEKEND!!!
We
will help a local food pantry.
This
will be our last weekend!
Saturday,
October 29th, 12 'till 5
Sunday,
October 30th, 12 'till 5
Since
the apples are still so good, we have decided to do it again.
This
time though is to help the community.
This
weekend, if you bring a non perishable food
item, you can pick a 1/2 peck (5lb) of apples for free.*
All
proceeds will be donated to the St. Marks
food
pantry in Pittsfield.
This
weekend we have 10 varieties:
from
Jonamac to Jonagold.
Gala,
Mutsu, Empire, Red Delicious, Ida Reds, and Jonagolds are
most plentiful.
Ignore
the forcast and come out to help others
and
go home with some great apples.
*Other
size bags or no donation are regular price.
This
year we have a nice full crop of apples, with great flavor
and good color.
We
were very lucky and made it through Irene with very little
damage.
Even
with all the rain we have had lately, the apples are still
very good.
Come
out and enjoy our the spectacular setting our farm is located
on, and celebrate Fall.
Please
note:
due to the very frequent and heavy rain this year, we are
unable to have wagon rides
this
year. The orchard is just to soft and wet.
